The Trinity Free Clinic 5K is a fast chip-timed USATF certified race benefitting the Trinity Free Clinic, which provides quality free medical and dental support to the underinsured and low-income residents of Hamilton County. Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are welcome, and there will be entertainment and activities for spectators as well. Almost 100 participant prizes will be awarded.
The Trinity Free Clinic 5K is a fast USATF certified course starting and ending on the campus of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church and School. We are especially thrilled to be able to offer chip timing for the first time this year!
This is an amazing event for runners and walkers of all levels and ages and their families. Activities will kick off with a Zumba warm-up, DJ, games and entertainment for families, refreshments, and numerous prizes for participants. There will even be special prizes for competing teams. Participants will also be able to enjoy INDOOR WAITING before and after the race.
We also have family registrations packages available for single family households. If you choose the Family Single Household registration simply fill out all of your family's information for each family member. Depending on your family's size you may leave some spaces blank.
If you would like to compete in the Team Challenge there is a question in online registration that will ask you for your team name. Be sure to fill it out if you are on a team to compete for the Team Challenge awards!

You can pick up your race packet on Friday, October 16 from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at the Trinity Free Clinic. While you’re there, get a tour of the clinic and learn about the amazing things YOU are running for!
The male and female overall winners, male and female Masters, and the top 3 male and female runners in each age group will all receive awards. Age groups are as follows: under 12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, 70+.

Early registration ends Friday, September 30 at midnight, but you can still register as late as the morning of the race. Don’t wait though! We can’t guarantee a t-shirt for participants that register after September 30.
